Connecting to our hearts using Ancient Wisdom Traditions and modern tools to explore who we are and how to express ourselves fully, experiencing joy and happiness, and benefiting all of creation.
We offer practices such as breath work, meditation, and chanting. We also offer tools for resiliency, self-love, and acceptance. We are using creative tools such as writing and art to strengthen our relationship with our deeper Selves.
