  • What Is Happeing In Your Body?

    You will learn how overwhelm affects the body and mind.  The division of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system and its affect will be explained.

  • Belly Breathing

    This is a basic form of breathing that  affects our nervous system quickly.  It increases digestion, decreases anxiety and allows better sleep.

  • Using a CUE Word

    We can learn to relax by just thinking of a word.  With relaxation comes clear thinking which is helpful in making good choices.

  • Box Breathing and 4-7-8 Breathing

    Two more techniques that affect our nervous system and help to implant a cue word.

  • Finding My Pace

    Most of the time our life is controlled by speed.  But is your pace quicker or slower? If we can work with our speed we stay centered.

  • Sorting Your Files

    This allows us to not over stretch consciously and organize our lives to be more focused and calm.

  • Learning to Live From Your Center

    Being off-center creates anxiety.  Living from the center out we are able to control what is happening around us.
