What You'll Learn
What Is Happeing In Your Body?
You will learn how overwhelm affects the body and mind. The division of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system and its affect will be explained.
Belly Breathing
This is a basic form of breathing that affects our nervous system quickly. It increases digestion, decreases anxiety and allows better sleep.
Using a CUE Word
We can learn to relax by just thinking of a word. With relaxation comes clear thinking which is helpful in making good choices.
Box Breathing and 4-7-8 Breathing
Two more techniques that affect our nervous system and help to implant a cue word.
Finding My Pace
Most of the time our life is controlled by speed. But is your pace quicker or slower? If we can work with our speed we stay centered.
Sorting Your Files
This allows us to not over stretch consciously and organize our lives to be more focused and calm.

Ani-la Palmo has over 40 years of experience as a chiropractor, teacher, coach and mentor. For the last 20 years she dedicated her life to the Mysteries of Life as a Monastic. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life University in Georgia and founded the White Mountain School of Applied Healing. She is a graduate of the Leadership and Transformational Training from the Hendricks Institute and received training from the Center for Mind Body Medicine.
Ani-la Palmo uses a unique combination of Mind Training, Open-Heartedness and Somatic Practices to bring people back to their Essence. She does private and group sessions and teaches seminars. Patients and students alike appreciate her warm caring and deep wisdom. Many consider her a modern day Mystic.
