Welcome to my blog

Dear Friends,

I am starting this blog to share information and tips on multiple subjects.

Healing is always close to my heart.  I have been working as a healer in diverse roles over more than 45 years. I have started with hands on body therapies to now mostly energy healing.  Recognizing that we are all in this together, looking at the same moon, experiencing the same sun, breathing the same air, and often experiencing the same or similar mind chats.

I like to share tips and ideas on how to work with challenges, how to surf the waves of life with joy and fun, and moving from surviving to thriving.

How can we recognize our own capacity and potential if we are not challenged?
Yet sometimes this challenges feel too much and too hard.  And we need a community to hold us up, to support us on the path. Community can be a wonderful support.

Choose your Wisdom Card for the Day-9

During the last two years so much has changed on how we get together and how we are with each other.  We are challenged to root ourselves and to reach deeper inside of us. An opportunity to face ourselves and to explore.

Ancient teaching have given us tools on how to connect and root ourselves and how to live from the heart.  Modern technology is giving as the tools to share it across all continents, easy accessible to most people.

As an elder it is time for me to share and support others on their paths. Over the next few months and years I like to share some of this knowledge that I have received throughout my life as a healer, business owner, world traveler and 22 years as a monastic.

And yes, I made plenty of mistakes, created plenty of learning experiences, and sometimes it took a long time for me to get the message.  Often I wished to have more connections, especially a place to connect with elders.  But internet was not yet developed.

Today, connections and knowledge is right at the fingertips.

I invite you to explore and experience, to connect and expand and most of all to recognize and realize the magnificent being that you are.

Thanks for being on this journey together. I am looking forward to connect with you.  Please feel free to leave comments and/or questions.

With much love and light,

Anila Palmo
